From Femi Mustapha, in Kaduna
The Sir Ahmadu Bello Memorial Foundation has condemned in totality the devastating  bombings in Gwoza, Borno State,

This was contained in a statement by the Director-General of the Foundation, Engr (Dr) Abubakar Gambo Umar which was made available to media in Kaduna on Monday.

The statement said that the reprehensible acts of terror have inflicted immeasurable grief and suffering upon numerous innocent individuals and their families.

The Foundation however cautioned that as the nation mourns the victims of this senseless violence, the people must also reflect on how to prevent such tragedies in the future.

“We urge all citizens to remain vigilant and report any suspicious activities to the authorities promptly. By working together and staying alert, we can help prevent similar attacks and protect our communities.

“Furthermore, we call upon the government to take decisive action to alleviate the suffering of the victims and their families. The authorities must provide adequate support, care, and compensation to those affected by this tragedy.

” No one should have to endure such pain alone, and we must stand united in providing assistance and solace to those in need.

“In light of this devastating event, we must reaffirm our commitment to fostering a culture of peace, unity, and resilience in our nation. Let us honor the memory of the lives lost by coming together to ensure a future where such acts of violence are eradicated from our society.

“The Sir Ahmadu Bello Memorial Foundation extends its deepest condolences to the people of Gwoza Borno State, and the entire nation following the tragic loss of lives and injuries resulting from recent devastating  bombings.” the  statement said.  3
