By Femi Mustapha, in Kaduna

The National Chairman of the Action Alliance (AA) Party, Hon. Dr Adekunle Rufai Omo-Aje has disclosed that political bigwigs are the ones sponsoring crisis in some political parties in Nigeria.

He said this in a statement made available to the media in Kaduna, today.

Omo-Aje who congratulated Comrade Edozie Njoku on his recent victory at the Supreme Court declaring him as the authentic the in elusive, but the bold move by the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC,) to recognize him as the National Chairman of APGA is a welcome development.

Omo-Aje noted that “the Wheel of Justice Grinds Slowly But Exceedingly Fine,”  the philosophy acknowledges the frustrating, often slow pace of getting justice but advises patience because eventually justice will be served.”

According to him, the leadership tussle bedeviling some political parties in Nigeria such as Action Alliance (AA), and All Progressive Grand Alliance (APGA), among others, will make one understand the negative impact of the role of the party big wigs.

He said that just like APGA, the Action Alliance has been involved in the leadership tussle for a long time since in 2017 while APGA began her ‘Political Civil War’ a little over 6 years ago.

“I referred to the problem within APGA as a political civil war because the political tussle when it lasted was among the members of the political party, while the onslaught on our Party is from outsiders,” he stated.

According to him, it is no longer a secret that political bigwigs are the ones sponsoring the former members of A. A to disrupt the governance and political activities of the party.

However, he maintained that the Wheel of Justice will eventually grind finely for Action Alliance as it ground fine for APGA, adding that he believes in the Justice System of Nigeria to always favor the truth.

“Both the Greek and Chinese ancient philosophers are ascribed with the ancient wise saying that ‘The Wheel of Justice Grinds Slowly But Exceedingly Fine,’ the philosophy acknowledges the frustrating often-slow pace of getting justice but advises patience because eventually justice will be served.”

“Comrade Edozie Njoku eventually got justice after getting a judgment in his favor from one court to another even to the Supreme Court yet it seemed as if the needed justice would remain elusive but the bold move by the INEC to recognize him as the genuine Chairman is a welcoming development.”

“I congratulate Hon. Edozie Njoku and his National Executive,  I admire their doggedness and persistence to get the deserved justice.”

“I am using this opportunity to thank all our members who have been unwavering in their support and loyalty, I assure you again,  both Barrister Kenneth Udeze and his sponsors have met more than their match in me and my team.”

“Let’s not fight or be angry with those who abandoned the ship when it seems the ship is leaking. Let us be more understanding and tolerate them, more especially to those who are sitting on the fence.”

“Just like our brother from APGA, We also have a Supreme Court ruling affirming that Barrister Kenneth Udeze and his accomplice Mr James Vernimbe are not our members. THE SAME SUPREME COURT!”

“It may be delayed but I am confident that the Wheel of Justice will grind fine for us in Action Alliance. Once again, I assure you that I won’t stop leading you even from the battlefront until we conquer both the enemies within and without.”
