The Katsina State Governor, Malam Dikko Umaru Radda, has extended warm birthday greetings to the Speaker of the Katsina State House of Assembly, Rt. Hon. Nasir Yahaya Daura, on the occasion of his 50th birthday anniversary.
According to a statement on Friday, June 5 by Ibrahim Kaula Mohammed, the Chief Press Secretary to the Governor of Katsina State, the Governor praised Nasir Yahaya as a great parliamentarian whose leadership has strengthened the State House of Assembly.
“Under his guidance, the Assembly has shown remarkable progress in lawmaking and oversight, contributing meaningfully to the development of Katsina State,” said the Governor.
Governor Radda also commended the Speaker’s excellent working relationship with the Executive and Judiciary arms of government, adding that the collaboration has ensured smooth governance and delivered positive results for the citizens of Katsina.
“Rt. Hon. Nasir Yahaya Daura’s dedication to public service and his commitment to the welfare of the people make him one of the respected leaders in the state. As the APC candidate for Daura Zone in the upcoming general election, I am confident his wealth of experience, exposure and leadership skills will bring about greater development for the zone and the state at large,” the Governor said.
Governor Radda prayed for the Speaker’s good health, strength, and success in all his future endeavors, while appreciating his valuable contributions to the growth and stability of Katsina State.
