Professor Jerome Nyameh, a gubernatorial aspirant in Taraba has proposed a “3Rs Principle” as a practical model to confront Taraba State’s rising debt profile.
Nyameh made this known on Saturday while interacting with newsmen in Jalingo where he described the state’s debt burden as not just a statistic but a threat to their future generations, added that urgent and competent leadership was needed to address it.
He argued that the 2027 elections must go beyond politics to focus on competence, clarity, integrity, and capacity.
“Taraba’s rising debt profile is not just a statistic, it is a threat to our future. I have developed a practical solution model to confront this challenge called the 3Rs Principle.
“The 3Rs framework for debt relief are Recovery, Resource Utilization, and Renegotiation.
“These ideas are fully developed in my Taraba Therapy Manifesto, which will be unveiled as the campaign season kickstart soon.
“Taraba Therapy agenda is built on one philosophy: solving problems, not creating them.
“2027 must be more than just politics. It must be about competence, clarity, integrity, and capacity. It is about leadership that understands governance, confronts reality, and delivers measurable development.
“I am prepared for that responsibility. I therefore urge you my supporters to
go and get your voter’s card ready,” he Declared.
