The Governor charged the Permanent Secretaries to exceed expectations, highlighting that their decisions and actions would significantly impact the people of the State.
Kefas reiterated the key priorities of his administration, emphasizing good governance, service delivery, teamwork, professionalism, and exemplary conduct among others.
The Governor emphasized the pivotal role of the appointees in propelling the state forward across all sectors, emphasizing that their leadership is indispensable in realizing the vision for progress.
