The Unity and Reconciliation Forum of the All Progressives Congress (APC) Zamfara State chapter has condemned in totality campaign of calumny against Senator Abdulaziz Yari, saying detractors will never achieve their sponsored aims.
A statement signed by the forum’s Chairman, Alhaji Mande Umar, said the forum would soon organize a North-West grand rally to unveil their stand and reveal those behind campaigns aimed to smear the good reputation of Senator Abdulaziz Yari.
Mande Umar revealed that the calculated attempt to tarnish the reputation of His Excellency Senator Abdulaziz Yari Abubakar in unfounded claims of financial misconduct were not supported by credible evidence or legal validation.
“This is a calculated effort to distort political relationships, manufacture suspicion, and destabilize the politically sensitive period. Masterminds of campaigns of calumny have exposed their underlying motives.
“Senator Yarı remains a duly elected lawmaker whose public service record and continued role in governance reflect the confidence reposed in him.
“The forum believed that all this calculated attempt to tarnish Senator Yari’s reputation by detractors was a propaganda to gain relevance.
“Such dubious moves by enemies of progress will never see the light of the day and they would soon be put to shame.
The zamfara APC unity and reconciliation forum maintained that unity between President Tinubu and Senator Yari is grounded in shared goals and strategic vision-bonds that cannot be broken by orchestrated campaigns of calumny.
