With less than 24 hours to his inauguration, the Edo State Governor-elect, Senator Monday Okpebholo has appointed Mr Fred
Odianosen Itua as his spokesman.
Mr Itua’s appointment is the first official pick announced by the Governor-elect less than 24 hours to his inauguration as Edo State Governor, slatted for Tuesday , November 12,2024.
Mr Itua, an Assistant politics Editor with the Sun Newspapers began his journalism career at the Leadership Newspapers.
Mr Itua will have the responsibility to manage the incoming Governor’s media and communication engine room.
A versatile journalist with huge contact base, Mr Itua is expected to deploy his wealth of experience in the discharge of his duties .
His appointment is effective November 12, 2024
