Former Senator Shehu Sani, who represented Kaduna Central in the Upper Chamber, has paid tribute to Kaduna State Governor, Senator Uba Sani (CON), describing him as a remarkable individual who has worn many hats—activist, brother, friend, and comrade.
In a statement today, Senator Shehu Sani said, “Today, we celebrate a life that is a testament to the power of conviction and compassion.”
As an activist, Uba Sani fought tirelessly for justice and equality, inspiring others to join the cause. His courage in the face of adversity served as a beacon of hope, and he became a voice for the voiceless. Sani noted that Uba Sani’s dedication earned him respect and admiration from both peers and opponents.
Sani also highlighted Uba Sani’s commitment to family and community, stating, “As a brother, your love and support know no bounds. You’ve been a rock for your family, always there to offer a listening ear and a helping hand.” Uba Sani’s friends and comrades are numerous, and it’s easy to see why—his warmth, empathy, and generosity have made him a beloved figure.
As Governor of Kaduna State, Uba Sani leads with integrity, humility, and a deep commitment to progress. Sani praised his dedication to improving lives, citing initiatives in education, healthcare, infrastructure, and economic development. “Your governorship has been marked by a flurry of activity, with initiatives aimed at transforming the state and improving lives,” Sani remarked.
