It also includes incident responders – handling and mitigating cybersecurity incidents and Cyber Literacy Coordinators – Leading awareness campaigns and cybersecurity training simulations.
The Commissioner said that the programme is open to individuals passionate about cybersecurity, Graduates or professionals seeking a career transition into cybersecurity as well as candidates interested in earning industry-recognized certifications.
Usman said that application requirements include that eligible applicants must be 18 years or older, be a citizen and resident of Bauchi State, have completed high school (post-secondary education is an added advantage) and demonstrate digital literacy skills.
